Alert Mail


The idea of this application is that new information or events sometimes require an immediate response of the manager in charge. Most of our today’s business is supported by email messages. Smart phones allowing you to check emails wherever you are, become more and more a standardized communication means. And that is where the Alert Mail comes into play. However, how can you make sure that data stored in your SAP system is used to trigger an email informing the relevant manager that a reaction is required?

The application compares incoming data in your SAP system with pre-defined warning levels. As soon as such a threshold is reached, an email is automatically sent to the dispatcher or manager in charge enabling them to react quickly to certain predefined events. For example: You can define several warning levels when a certain capacity threshold for paper waste in your facility is reached. Or your dispatcher will be informed if an increasing amount of waste disposal orders has not been assigned.
